ClipAI Privacy and Data Compliance Statement
Effective and Revision Date: March 17, 2026
Introduction
This Statement is drafted by Hong Kong Yuan Han Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or "we") and applies to your access and use of ClipAI: AI Video Generator (hereinafter referred to as "ClipAI" or the "Client") and its related generative AI services. We deeply understand the boundaries of personal privacy in the digital age; therefore, ClipAI is developed on the underlying architecture of "Privacy by Design." Please read the following terms carefully to understand our data circulation rules during your creative process.
Chapter I: Basic Operations and Anonymization Principles
1.1 No-Login Access Mechanism
ClipAI abandons the traditional user identity recognition system. We do not set up any registration forms, and you can directly invoke all functional interfaces upon opening the Client. The system will not require you to input personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, contacts, phone number, or email address.
1.2 Localized Digital Asset Storage
The default and sole storage anchor for all derivative images and video clips generated through your commands is the physical device terminal you are using. The Operator has not set up any cloud gallery services and will not upload, archive, or clone your generated outputs in any form.
1.3 System Telemetry and Device Adaptation Data
To maintain the stable operation of the Client under different hardware environments and troubleshoot errors, the background system only collects non-associable telemetry metrics, including: terminal device model, system firmware version, application crash logs, and the interaction heat of functional modules. These metrics cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you personally.
Chapter II: Creative Engine and Media Lifecycle
2.1 Processing Logic of Basic Media Files
When you authorize the application to access your album and import pictures/videos for "style transfer" or "AI expansion," the imported media files serve merely as source materials for computation. Once the computation program concludes, these files will no longer be read by the system, and we will absolutely never use them for model training or commercial resale.
2.2 Transient Mapping of Facial Biometric Features (Core Protection Declaration)
For advanced AI effects involving facial editing and feature alignment, the processing rules of this program are as follows:
Collection Dimensions: We only extract the geometric features necessary to realize visual effects (e.g., the position of eyes and nose, and the topological data of facial contours).
Encryption and Destruction Timeliness: The aforementioned computations rely on encrypted channels to be executed on cloud nodes. Such sensitive node data is subject to a "burn-after-reading" mechanism—the maximum retention time on the server is hardcoded to an upper limit of 24 hours. Once the corresponding rendering task is delivered to your device, the cloud cache will immediately trigger physical-level erasure.
Exclusive Use: The Operator promises never to establish a facial feature database and strictly prohibits the disclosure or transfer of such information to any external entities.
Chapter III: External Computing Providers and Data Export
To break through the computing power bottlenecks of mobile terminals, ClipAI integrates industry-leading, compliant large language/vision model service providers. Only at the exact moment you actively issue a generation command will the system send the necessary Prompts and source materials to the following interfaces. You can review their data protection guidelines at any time through the official links published below:

We have strictly restricted the permissions of the above suppliers through API access agreements, prohibiting them from using ClipAI users' data for secondary distribution.
Chapter IV: User Empowerment and Subscription Settlement
4.1 Data Erasure Channel
Your privacy autonomy is fully guaranteed. We have independently developed a prominent "Data Deletion/Clear Cache" entry point within the Client's settings panel. You can tap this entry at any time to clear all temporary caches, authorization records, and interaction states generated during the App's operation with a single click.
4.2 Payment Isolation Design
All settlement actions regarding In-App Purchases are enclosed within the native financial components of the Apple App Store. The Operator only receives the "subscription active/inactive" credentials returned by Apple's servers and does not touch any of your financial accounts or credit card ciphertexts. If you need to suspend deductions, please proceed to the "Apple ID - Subscriptions" list in your iOS system to operate.
Chapter V: Supplementary Provisions and Contact Channels
The right to interpret this Statement belongs to the Operator. We reserve the right to update this document in tandem with the iteration of our product matrix or changes in regulatory ordinances.
